Registered Manager - Tansy Ridler
The Registered Manager, Tansy, is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the care service, ensuring high-quality, safe, and person-centred care is delivered at all times. Tansy leads and supports the care team, manages compliance with CQC regulations, maintains care standards, and ensures customers receive the best possible experience. She also works closely with families, professionals, and staff to keep the service running smoothly and effectively.

Care Coordinator - Gloria Ansah
As Care Coordinator, Gloria is responsible for organising the carers’ rota, managing annual leave, and ensuring every customer receives their required visit times. She carefully matches carers to customers based on skills, preferences, and continuity to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Gloria works closely with both customers and the care team to keep the service running smoothly and ensure everyone feels supported. She also carries out administrative tasks to support compliance and recruitment within the business.

Care Supervisor - Leticia Arhin
As Care Supervisor, Leticia visits new customers to understand their needs and identify how we can best support them. She creates detailed, person-centred care plans to guide carers in delivering safe, effective, and personalised support. Leticia also works out in the field, carrying out supervisions, offering guidance, and ensuring carers feel supported while following procedures and each customer’s care plan. She regularly checks in with customers to monitor their satisfaction and look for opportunities to enhance their care experience.

Care Supervisor - Irene Nyame
Irene, our Care Supervisor, supports carers in the field through regular supervisions, ensuring they feel confident, follow procedures, and consistently implement care plans. She also meets with new customers to assess their individual needs and develops comprehensive care plans that provide carers with clear guidance on delivering personalised and high-quality care. Additionally, Irene carries out regular customer reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify areas where our service can be improved.

As Director, Anoop is responsible for the growth and strategic development of the business. She works closely with Registered Managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, high-quality care delivery, and that the service meets both regulatory standards and customer expectations. Anoop plays a key role in guiding the team, driving improvements, and ensuring the long-term success of the business.

Marketing Executive & Administrator - Terri Gibbs
As Marketing Executive, Terri manages our social media presence, ensuring Bluebird Care Waltham Forest is effectively showcased online. She attends events to network and promote our services, engaging with customers directly and encouraging their participation to strengthen relationships and raise awareness of the support we provide. Terri also carries out general office administration to support the smooth running of the business.

Accounts Assistant - Jaspreet Kaur
As Accounts Assistant, Jaspreet ensures that carers are paid accurately and on time. She manages the preparation and sending of invoices to customers and handles any queries related to payments or billing, ensuring smooth financial operations within the business.
