Meet the team

Alvin Osei-Tutu

Alvin has over 15 years managerial experience in the retail sector. He is responsible for the overall running of the business and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the company.

Alvin is passionate about contributing to the local community and resolute about revolutionising the culture of care in Thurrock & Castle Point.

After the success of launching my award winning Bluebird Care office in the London borough of Hillingdon, I decided to expand the horizons of providing quality care to residents needing home care in Thurrock & Castle Point.

My experience in opening the Hillingdon office reinforced and empowered my vision to develop and to do something worthwhile that really makes a difference to people's lives. With the new office we will ensure that we continue to develop, improve and create personalised care to meet the changing needs of those that we care for.

To us, it is personal. If you’re looking for extraordinary care in your own home and companionship in the borough of Havering, you’ve come to the right place.

Laura Williams

Operations Manager

I not only enjoy my job… I love my job! I get great satisfaction from hearing how grateful our customers and their families are when we care for them and how happy our customers are when we walk into their homes

Inspired by her mother who remained in the care industry for many years, Laura joined Bluebird Care in January 2013 initially as a Care Assistant, then Care Manager for many years before taking on the role of Operations Manager.

As Operations Manager she is responsible for the effective and daily governing of the company - ensuring that a credible service is being provided at all times and to CQC's quality assurance compliance framework.

Jenna Paine

Care Manager

I have worked in the care sector for 18 years, starting off in residential care settings moving onto supported living and now working with Bluebird Care. I love my job, it’s a big part of my life. I love the fact that myself and the rest of the team can make a real difference to people’s lives.

Abby Black

Care Coordinator

I have recently joined Bluebird Care making a complete career change, and it was the best decision I have made. I studied Health and Social care at college but only wish I had fulfilled a career in this industry sooner! I love meeting new people and enjoy seeing our customers on a daily basis. In my spare time I coach basketball to children and help run a local basket ball club in Thurrock.

Emma Case

Field Care Supervisor

I started with Bluebird Care as a Care Assistant for two years when I was given the opportunity to be promoted to a Care Supervisor. I love seeing the difference we make to our customers lives on a daily basis.

Christine Rose

Accounts Assistant

I have been working within the finance sector for over 17 years, I appreciate how import money is. I love the fact that my job involves dealing with people direct and ensuring that our customers are happy from start to finish.

Working at Bluebird Care has ignited my career as I feel, I am now within an important industry which helps people and really makes a difference to people lives. My aim is to make sure our finance department continues to perform at a high standard.
