We received a fantastic email about our wonderful Tracy from a member of the Ambulance Service which we'd love to share.
Tracy attended a call this week and on arrival found that Mrs S was in need of an ambulance. Luckily there was no need for her to go to hospital and they were able to care for her at home.
We then receieved the following email-
Good Evening, I am a Paramedic working for the NHS out of Swindon Ambulance Station. On Monday 28th Feb, we were called to Mrs S. On scene was one of your Carers called Tracy. I would like to pass on our thanks, not only for the invaluable assistance she provided to us so that we could treat Mrs S appropriately, but also for the unbelievable level of kindness and professionalism she showed in her care to Mrs S. We meet a lot of carers in our job, but Tracy was a true role model. Please pass on our thanks.
A HUGE well done to Tracy W.. you are an inspiration to all.
