Recruitment Open Day

This month we held Recruitment Open Days on Thursday 20th & Friday 21st December 2012 at our Bluebird Care office. This was to celebrate our 1st Year Anniversary of delivering high quality care into the Stockport community.

This month we held Recruitment Open Days on Thursday 20th & Friday 21st December 2012 at our Bluebird Care office. This was to celebrate our 1st Year Anniversary of delivering high quality care into the Stockport community.

On the day, the office was open for new applicants to meet and greet the management team and existing care staff. The candidates had the opportunity of open discussions and also applying for a Care Worker position. I have also invited the Mayor of Stockport who attended to give her support and meet the team.  The recruitment open days were to create opportunities for passionate candidates within Stockport wanting to progress in a Health & Social Care Career, We currently have care worker vacancies available to join the Bluebird Care Stockport team.

We are looking for candidates who have had previous care experience or currently working towards achieving a NVQ qualification in Health & Social Care. Experience is not essential because we provide all the training required to all of our employee’s prior to starting. All applicants require a CRB check and references prior to starting.

Our business model helps create jobs in Stockport by employing only carers living in Stockport and its surrounding areas.

We are excited to celebrate our first year Anniversary with the local community. We have gone from strength to strength in 2012 in achieving an excellent CQC report, becoming an accredited provider for home care services for Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council and also the Stockport Primary Care Trust (NHS). However the majority of our customers remain to be private as our quality and continuity of care remains to be the forefront of our business.
