Supporting carers of people living with dementia

Our care expert Gemma and care manager Sarah were on hand at The Red Shed’s carers information drop-in event this week at St Joseph’s Church Hall in Stevenage to offer help and advice to carers supporting an older person or someone living with dementia.
The event included representatives from several organisations including Age UK Hertfordshire, Herts County Council Money Advice Unit, Hertswise and the Alzheimer’s Society.
The Red Shed provides garden activities and experiences to benefit people living with dementia, their carers and families.
