The whole team at Bluebird Care South Gloucestershire know how to get stuck in, and this is certainly true for our Training and Mentoring Officer, Agi, who joined us fresh from the field this New Year, to train and mentor all of our latest recruits! She brings plenty of knowledge of our customers, community and colleagues.
Agi is the supportive, familiar face for our brand new staff as they progress through their first few months with us, whether it be teaching in the training room, an extra pair of hands in the community, or a listening ear at the end of the phone.
"I started my journey in care in 2020 as a Care assistant, I was completely new to the sector and had no experience. Since then I've been promoted to become the Training and Mentoring Officer for Bluebird Care South Gloucestershire!" - Agi
