A voice for our team

Our latest update to the team is our brand new care worker ambassador, Zoe!

Zoe has been a care worker with us since 2021, and is now putting her passion for care into supporting her team, too!

"My role as care worker ambassador ensures that my colleagues are further supported by a team member who also experiences the day-to-day achievements and challenges of caring for the community. I have always had a passion to support, uplift and advocate for my colleagues and clients. I could not be more grateful for the opportunities that Bluebird has offered me."
