Our care coordinator Michelle Watkins was crowned 'Team Member of The Year 2022', receiving her award at Fortnum and Mason, London!

Michelle started with us just a couple of years ago, despite being new to care she really excelled as a carer and has really excelled as a coordinator too, which is no mean feat!

It goes to show that genuine caring and passion is the way to succeed in coordination and care. Well done Michelle for making the final 5 out of thousands of people in the Bluebird Care network!
