"I started working for Bluebird over 6 years ago. In that time I’ve been very fortunate that I’ve supported and worked with some amazing people.

When I started a family, Bluebird were very accommodating with letting me change my availability so I could spend more time with my children.

The thing I love about caring is that you can make such a difference to someone’s life just by helping them remain independent, talking to them or just giving a simple smile. I couldn’t imagine not caring for someone. This job is perfect."
