Some lovely feedback from one of our customer's family:
"I just wanted to say how brilliant Jemma and Jason were this morning when Tom had a seizure. Neither of them had seen Tom have a seizure before and so didn't know how they presented.They were both really calm and professional, whilst making sure they did the right thing for Tom. Having said that, everyone from Bluebird who has ever witnessed Tom have a seizure have been equally brilliant! Just haven't got around to commenting before. Thank you so much."
