"I just wanted to say how impressed I am with how far Chloe has come along since first starting with us. From coming into this job not having done any care before, she has really impressed me since I first started working with her. I have taught her all I know and she seems confident enough to go ahead and do things alone.

She had a challenging today, doing a visit or two on her own; but she absolutely smashed it! I told her what an excellent job she is doing and she should be really proud of herself."
