Our brilliant Kelly!

"Every Bluebird plays a very important part in our team, whether it's in the office or out in the field. Everyone of us needs each other as at the end of the day, we all do our job for the same reason. We all do what we can and if we are able to, take on what's above and beyond, or just be able to cover our availability. We are very fortunate as we really do care about our customers, so that is a lovely bonus doing this type of work.

I would like to do a Superhero Shout Out to Kelly, our brilliant Senior Team Leader, who is always at the end of the phone, email or even in person. She has never not responded to myself and others and is held in high esteem in my eyes and I'm sure with the the other carers and our customers."

I just wanted to share my appreciation for Kelly. Whilst we carers and all the office staff do an amazing job, Kelly most definitely goes way above and beyond to help the carers. She is always on the end of the phone or an email. Last weekend, I thought she was on call as I got a bit mixed up! I sent her a text her and even though she wasn’t on call she still responded and helped me whilst being out covering calls herself.
