Regarding a new care package

"A colleague visited the home for the first time today. She reported back that the living environment was tidy and exceptionally clean. I was initially taken aback by this, having previously visited and felt that this was an area that the couple needed a lot more support with.

My colleague had taken photos and I am thrilled at the clearly very hard work that has been put in from the staff at Bluebird. I really had hoped that this package was going to work well, and I can see that staff are clearly making the most of their time and doing an excellent job at improving the quality of life for this couple.
