Caring for the Carers

Care is 24/7 and 365 days of the year. We pride ourselves in supporting our wonderful carers throughout this time.

Lovely feedback for our Registered Manager, Cheryl:

"I just wanted to thank you again for your support last night. I really appreciate it. The text at the end of the shift meant a lot." Care Worker.

When one of our carers had an accident:

Cheryl joined Bluebird Care in 2019, bringing with her 30 years valuable experience of working in the domiciliary care sector. She started her working life as a care worker and has worked in and managed a variety of different settings.
