Bluebird Care Gateshead celebrates winning Healthwatch Star

The team continue their fantastic year of success by winning a prestigious award from social care and health champion Healthwatch Gateshead.
The Healthwatch Nominate a Star scheme enables patients to nominate members of the care sector who they feel have gone above and beyond in their care. The scheme is anonymous and the recipient receives a certificate to display at their place of work.
Healthwatch Gateshead is a non-profit organisation which aims to help people find out about local health and care services; listen to what local residents think of those services; and help those planning and running services understand what local residents want.
Bluebird Care Gateshead was nominated for the award by a customer for the care and compassion that was shown to them by their care assistant team.
Katheryn Haswell, Director of Bluebird Care Gateshead, commented:
