Congratulations to Cindy who has been chosen as our care assistant of the month for June 2016.

Congratulations to Cindy who has been chosen as our care assistant of the month for June 2016.

Cindy has been chosen as this month’s ‘Care Assistant of the Month’ due to her commitment to one of her customers.

Cindy has worked closely with the family of one of her customers, in support of the customer returning home. He had to stay in respite care due to his condition taking a turn for the worse and Cindy was a big factor in him coming home. Cindy's support meant his care was reduced from two carers to one.

The care assistant of the month award is a chance for members of the team to be acknowledged for their hard work and commitment. The award also recognises any efforts where a care assistant has gone above and beyond their role.
