Congratulations to Jean Smith who is our employee of the year for 2016!Jean joined Bluebird Care Edinburgh in August 2015 as a care assistant with no previous experience in the care industry. She is a committed team member who is never off sick and relies on public transport to get to her customers. Jean is always willing to help out with additional calls and training to enhance her skills especially in dementia training which she has a passion for.
Her fantastic customer relationships enabled her to notice two customers that weren’t themselves and called the emergency services, they were later taken to hospital for tests.
