Award-winning Bluebird Care franchise owners, Chaitan, Ushma, Munjal and Prafula Joshi, have acquired Bluebird Care Ealing as they continue their mission to provide outstanding care and support to people in their own homes across North West London.

The Joshi family arrive at the Ealing franchise with over 15 years of experience with Bluebird Care.

Having first begun their journey with Bluebird Care Harrow, during which time they demonstrated incredible leadership and an acute understanding of quality care, the franchise grew into a large, award-winning home care provider.

Over the years, the Joshi family have taken on the ownership and management of other offices too, such as Brent and East Hertfordshire. In all of which they have instilled their strong values of community-focused care, excellent and high-quality customer service and a drive to always provide ‘the very best’ for the older and vulnerable people they care for.

Bluebird Care Ealing was founded 13 years ago. This latest development represents a new era for the home care provider, as Chaitan, Ushma, Munjal and Prafula look to bolster its presence and reach in the local community.

The family’s passion lies in the progression of people’s career opportunities, and providing a positive work-culture in which to thrive.

Their commitment to demonstrating exactly what a career within the care sector can offer has been embedded throughout their journey in care. Among their first acts, the new owners are keen to promote their bespoke live-in care, dementia, and older persons services into the local Ealing community. These services have been developed over many years and are proven successful in achieving and meeting people’s needs.

As part of their growth plan, they will also be creating an initial 8-10 jobs within the Ealing area and ongoing opportunities for kind and caring people to train as care assistants. The new owners are offering fantastic employment packages, with real career progression prospects.

New owner of Bluebird Care Ealing, Chaitan Joshi, said:

Bluebird Care is a national provider of home and live in care, specialising in working with customers who live with dementia, physical disabilities and many other acute and chronic conditions. Bluebird Care work alongside their customers’ families, social services and the NHS to ensure each person receives the care they need.

Bluebird Care offers a unique service of tailored care visits which range from anything from 30 minutes to full live-in support.
