End of Year Awards 2020!

2020 was a difficult year for all, with many challenges faced. The team at Bluebird Care Ealing have worked tirelessly and with much dedication to help their vulnerable and elderly customers.

2020 was a difficult year for all, with many challenges faced. The team at Bluebird Care Ealing have worked tirelessly and with much dedication to help their vulnerable and elderly customers. To show their thanks and recognition of many successes and outstanding performances, Bluebird Care Ealing chose a select few winners to receive a nomination and trophy.

Dean Morley, Care Manager Bluebird Care Ealing, said: “The End of Year Awards shows our gratitude and thanks, we are incredibly proud of all our staff members! Congratulations to everyone receiving a nomination!”

The following awards were given:

-For Outstanding Performance and Excellence in Care: Gkorntana Pavlovits!

Gkorntana has delivered consistently high-quality care to all her customers throughout 2020. Despite a massive workload she has not had a single complaint, concern or unplanned day off. Her work ethic is relentless. Always cheerful, positive and fun, thank you Gkorntana!  

-For Outstanding Dedication and Commitment to their role: Christine Amenya!

Christine is a perfect example of a team player. We have lost count of how often she has stepped in and even cancelled her own holidays to cover for colleagues. Both in and out of work she is a wonderful, caring individual that represents the very best calibre of people that are available to the care sector. Thank you Christine!

-Employee of the Year: Velichka Nikolova!

Velichka is the backbone of our team and an endlessly devoted, universally respected and unfalteringly caring colleague. There is no role in the business that Velichka couldn’t fill or wouldn’t give her absolute all to do better than most! Our business simply wouldn’t be the same without her. Thank you Velichka!

Bluebird Care Ealing reached its 10-year anniversary in 2020, which makes the lengths of services even more impressive.

Dean added: “A successful business not only employees the best staff, but it also keeps them. We are immensely grateful to still have so many on our team after so many years of service. Thank you all! We wish all of our colleagues and your loved ones a healthy, happy and successful 2021.”

Bluebird Care is a national provider of home and live in care, specialising in working with customers who live with dementia, physical disabilities and many other acute and chronic conditions. Bluebird Care work alongside their customers’ families, social services and the NHS to ensure each person receives the care they need.

Bluebird Care offers a unique service of tailored care visits which range from anything from 30 minutes to full live-in support. As well as personal care they also help with meal preparation, welfare checks, shopping, social trips, visits to the hospital and provide extra support for post-discharge customers.
