Bluebird Care Ealing hosted its 1st ever variety performance in the summer, a community event for elderly local residents.

The Summer Variety Performance focused on our elderly customers and the importance of them taking part in outside community activities. It was hosted in the community at the beautiful Brentham Club in Pitshanger. As a local care provider based on the Pitshanger Lane we were pleased that 60-100 residents enjoyed the afternoon affair.

This was a community driven event that provided entertainment for our Bluebird Care customers as well as local Ealing residents. Many acts that performed on the day donated their time free of charge are based within the borough and share our common desire for equality, diversity and inclusion in Ealing.

Local acts that performed on the day included:

Questers Theatre who performed ‘Yesterday's Children At War’: telling touching tales of growing up in West London during the Second World War.

Impact Theatre and their inspirational team, promoted a positive image of disability and performed a creative arts piece through a puppet show and sign dance.

West London Performing Arts Academy’s children will also in attendance, with their outstanding contemporary dance and singing.

Josephine Sapsard and Chris Hill our own local musical talent performed a range of 50’s, 60’s, classical, and smooth Latin to the audience’s delight.
