My exposure to this company is that they are providing a caring service to my wife who is suffering from Alzheimers Dementia.  The service provided is of the highest calibre.  They are professional in what they do and have correct attitudes coupled with a high degree of empathy.  The management is again very professional and is very progressive towards the service they provide in that they continue to try to make their service more appropriate to their clients needs.  They are very selective in their recruitment policies and very thorough in their training practices.  A further key factor in their favour is that in addition to routine functions they control, they willingly provide advice and assistance to carers such as myself concerning problems arising from long term care.  This feature is very much appreciated.
