A Cornish care assistant has received the prize of a brand new iPad after taking part in a financial services study.

Paula, who works for Bluebird Care Cornwall North took part in a study run by Balmoral Financial, a socially responsible financial services company who works with employers to provide financial assistance, debt consolidation and an online money management tool.

Balmoral Financial undertook the study to find out more about what people want to see from financial services and what would help individuals with their personal financial situation. The survey was run throughout the country and was open to companies Balmoral Financial provides services to.

Sylvia Sayers the Director who made the financial benefit available to their staff said:

"It has been wonderful to be able to add this initiative to the other incentives which are on offer our care assistants, this not only includes ongoing training but also roadside recovery and a health package as well as a monthly bonus incentive scheme.”

Sylvia and Mark Sayers were introduced to the new financial benefit after a Cornish worker at Balmoral Financial discussed the company with them at a local meeting.
