'Good’ awarded from PAMMS Intelligent Care

Provider Assessment and Market Management Solution (PAMMS) reveals Bluebird Care Chiltern & Dacorum have received an overall ‘Good’ score for the care it provides to its customers.

PAMMS is a digital eco-system for social care. PAMMS was initially developed with Association of Directors of Social Services East to support commissioners with their duty of care.

Offering high-end home care and a live in care service is the goal of Bluebird Care Chiltern & Dacorum with the aim of giving people a realistic alternative to moving into a residential care home. Whether it’s simply delivering practical support and meeting people’s basic needs, or more companionship care, the team aims to go the extra mile to make sure all customers get the most out of life.

Bluebird Care Chiltern & Dacorum offers care across the Chiltern district including The Chalfonts, Amersham and Chesham, as well as across Dacorum including Hemel Hempstead, Kings Langley and Chipperfield and Tring.

Bluebird Care Chiltern & Dacorum is delighted to be awarded an overall ‘Good’ score for the care we offer our customers.

The overall rating is compiled through assessments in two overall areas: Domains and Standards.

Out of the five criteria in Domains, Bluebird Care Chiltern & Dacorum received an ‘Excellent’ rating for Quality of Management with a rating ‘Good’ rating across all other areas.

PAMMS also rated Bluebird Care Chiltern & Dacorum ‘Good’ across the board for our Standards and an ‘Excellent’ rating in Assessing and Monitoring the Quality of Service Provision and Using Information and Dealing with Complaints.
