Direct Debits

In response to requests from a number of customers to pay by Direct Debit we have now set up a new system to enable this.   Paying by Direct Debit takes all the worry and stress of paying your bills away.  You will still receive your invoice as normal, but it us who initiates the payments, you don’t have to do anything.   If you are interested in setting up Direct Debit payments please contact the office on: 01843 570 638 and ask to speak to Isabel Valentine or Kurtis Atherden who will be happy to help.  

Direct Debit is now the most popular way to make regular payments in the UK.  A Direct Debit is an instruction from a customer to their bank that authorises a business or another individual to collect money from their account.  In order to pay by Direct Debit you would first need to complete an authorisation to enable us to take payments from your bank account.  The authorisation does not state how much is to be taken, so we can take the exact amount that you have been invoiced for, which means your account will always be accurate and up to date.  Direct Debit payments also come with a guarantee so you're automatically protected.  If you would like to know more about the Direct Debit guarantee please go to:

By choosing to pay by Direct Debit you will no longer have to worry about paying your invoices.  There will be no more cash, cheque or card payments for you to make.  You will still receive your invoice as normal, but it us who initiates the payments you don’t have to do anything.
