We are very pleased with our carer. She is very comfortable and helpful very thoughtful with mum. She is also hard-working and patient, also resourceful. She is cheerful and friendly, keen to help at all times. Very understanding nature, responsible to leave mum with as I have to go out sometimes. A very praiseworthy person.

Hi there, I just wanted to give some feedback regarding S, who visits my parents - Mr and Mrs M. They are both really happy with him, and feel engaged in their care. My mum comments on how polite he is, that he's clean and tidy. That he lowers himself when she is sitting in a chair so he has good eye contact with her, and he asks if everything is okay for her, if she needs anything else.

My dad really enjoys his walks with him, and they have good conversations together. He encourages my dad to go for his walk, and to eat - my dad has lost a lot of weight so this is important.

I'm really happy too, as S leaves me feedback in a notebook we have. If he has any concerns, he writes them there. He has also phoned me when my dad was in pain.

So I just thought I would pass this feedback to you. As their main carer it's a real weight off my mind that there is good consistent care being provided to my parents when I'm not there.

So Thank You, I know working in a care agency is demanding work - but you make such a difference to people's lives.
