To arrange a care service, contact our friendly team on 01895 231211. We will arrange a convenient time to visit you and discuss your needs. Our representative will then create a personalised care plan to meet your requirements.

How can I be sure that my care assistant will stay the entire period of the care visit and carry out all the tasks?

We take a comprehensive approach to ensuring that your care service is exactly as required. 

After each visit, your care assistant will log details of all activities undertaken. You will then be asked to check the log and sign off completed activities. You will be given a copy for your records, and Bluebird Care will keep one copy.

Our Bluebird Care team will check all activity logs weekly to ensure all tasks are completed and signed off.

What happens when the office is closed?

Our regular office hours are from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. 

We operate an out-of-hours emergency service manned from 7:00am to 10:00pm.
