Bluebird Care Swale provide a transport service which takes you from home to the shops, hospital or doctor appointments, to see friends or family members or help you run your day to day errands. This service means you have one of our Care Assistants to help you in and out of the car, escort you into the doctors or hospital, help you with your shopping or as a companion. This service can be included as part of your regular care package or it can be a transport only visit – it’s up to you.
