Donate to charity
Donating to charity is one of the many acts of kindness which holds a lot of power. This doesn’t necessarily mean to donate money. Got any clothes, gadgets, or home items you don’t use? Donate it to charity, you are donating to people less fortunate whilst having a potential clear out of things you don’t use!
Compliment someone
Whether it be friends, family, or a colleague, give them a compliment, or if you want to go the extra mile, compliment a stranger. A compliment can go a long way for someone, going as far as brightening their day.
Make a loved one food
Making food for someone is the ultimate way to spread kindness, whether this be baking a cake or a home-cooked meal. Make your parents tea, bake a cake for a family member, make cupcakes and give them out to colleagues.
Volunteer
Volunteering is something that can be a long term act of kindness, this can be volunteering at a local charity shop, a homeless shelter, a food hall, there are endless opportunities to help.
Share a smile
It really can be as simple as smiling at a stranger in the street.
Its very easy to spread love and kindness all around, in preparation for Random Acts of Kindness Day, take note of ideas within this blog and make someone’s day!
