I have a daughter with cerebral palsy and who is 49 years old and since using Bluebird Care she has become a more relaxed person.

Her carers are all lovely and speak to her as a friend rather than as a disabled person.  They are always on time and are willing to take on any task that she asks them.  The office staff at Bluebird Care are also very pleasant and willing to help with any enquiry that I have.

My time at Bluebird Care (Medway). 
 
While being at Bluebird Care (Medway) I completed a level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship. The course was a yearlong. The atmosphere in the office was always welcoming and everyone made us feel part of the team.
This apprenticeship has helped me gain more skills that would be relevant in many jobs and the course will also help with me when I am looking for a new job in the future. I’m not sure what I am looking for next, maybe another business administration job, but I haven’t decided yet.
Bluebird Care (Medway) has taught me a lot in a year, it has been fun, stressful and challenging, but in a good way. I’ve been pushed to better myself and my work and I have everyone here, including Charmaine the Director, to thank for everything I’ve learnt. It has been a pleasure working for Bluebird Care (Medway).
