I don't know how we would have managed without your care workers. Not only did they care for Dad, but for me too. Every one of them was professional and caring and kind and completely trustworthy. I felt complete confidence in the care they gave to him.
Brilliant, everything I could of truly hoped for. The manager come out to see me and my family and asked me what I liked and did not like. All staff came on time and even offered to do other things for me that I had not thought of in my first visit with the manager, like dusting and putting the bins out. All the girls are lovely we would go for a little walk on the green. I cannot go far as my legs you see but just enough to get some air and smell the new spring flowers.
Our Bluebird care workers were unfailingly attentive, compassionate and gentle. Mum really felt that she received a personal service. I truly do not know what I would have done without your caring support and assistance and wish you all the best for the future.

My carer's went that extra mile, when my electric chair broke down. The carers arranged for it to be fixed, stayed the extra time to finsih my care and left me comfortable and dressed. Carer's who really cared.
