I have a hip replacement but live on my own, so needed help with basic jobs. Luckily I found Bluebird Care, Gateshead. The carers have been excellent. They were punctual, gave me my full allocated time, cheerfully did all I asked them, were encouraging in helping me progress, kind and, very importantly, they were friendly. Having decided that I can now cope on my own I really miss their visits.

A big thank you for the speed in setting up a care package for my husband after his stay in hospital. The team were prompt, caring and supportive and it enabled us to have the best possible care provided at home so that we could be with him 24/7, for that we are truly grateful.
I have just honestly said it's one of the best decisions I have made as all the girls are really kind and helpful and so easy to get on with. My previous care agency were so disorganised and picky, my carers were very demanding and unpleasant.
