Congratulations to Jackie Leone who is our care assistant of the month for April 2015!

Jackie has been nominated as care assistant of the month due to her great motivational skills. Jackie has worked exceptionally hard to develop good working relationships with both customers, and her colleagues in the short time she has been working with Bluebird Care.

She uses her self-leadership skills to support her customers deal with issues as they arise, and portrays herself as a confident care professional who fulfils her role completely.
