It is very rewarding to put a smile on an older person’s face and to know you have made their day from your visit. A lot of our Customers live alone and have no support or communication with anybody other than me for days on end. I like to think I am there to break up their day and I know they look forward to my visit. Companionship is my favourite part of the job…”
Care Assistant Nicholas says: “This is what I do best, I am a people’s person and need to be on the go so a Care Assistant’s job is perfect for me.”
