We know that a Care Assistant’s job is not always easy and that you have to be a special kind of person. We recognise and reward those special people.
Working for Bluebird Care Clapham & Streatham means you will be part of one of the nation’s leading providers of homecare and part of an organization who value our staff as highly as we do our customers.
We know that the way to deliver the best customer service is to have a great team.  They are the key to our success and so we train and treat them accordingly.

Train people well enough so they can leave, treat them well enough so they don’t want to. If you look after your staff, they’ll look after your customers. It’s that simple.
