What it takes to join Bluebird Care

To work with Bluebird Care it is essential that you have a genuine care for others, good communication skills and the ability to understand what each of the roles entails.  Care experience is useful but not always necessary as we provide full training. You will be working in the local community and caring for those who live in Witterings, Selsey, Bognor Regis, Midhurst, Arundel and Southbourne areas.

Having access to transport and flexible availability is also advantageous. We offer excellent rates, flexibility, training and all the support you need to fulfil your role.

Pay and benefits 

As someone who is working for a leading provider of homecare, you can expect an industry-leading pay package. We pay £12 per hour on weekdays and £12,50 on weekends, we also cover your travel time and mileage.
