George Morris

Director and Owner

George owns and runs the Camden & Hampstead office.

He brings not only relevant experience but also an honest and professional approach to the business. His mother worked in the care industry for 20 years. He recognises that there has been a large increase in the demand for quality and reliable care and believes that care at home is a real and often better alternative to residential homes.

George has a passion, along with his team, to provide the community with the highest level of care. He has over 10 years management experience along with various qualifications, including a BA (Hons) in Marketing.

I have always wanted to run my own business. Taking inspiration from mum and the knowledge I have gained of the market over the years, I am now extremely happy to be working with such a great and growing care team and running a business in this exciting and important market.

Nomsa Mudenda

Care Manager

Nomsa has worked in the social care industry for 13 years across residential and domiciliary care services. She started out her career as a volunteer in a day centre for adults with learning disabilities in 2005, a passion to support people to live a fulfilling life was born. Nomsa obtained her Leadership and Management in Care Services qualification in 2011 and she also has 6 years experience in business development & management within the health & wellness industry. We are lucky to have Nomsa and her experience and knowledge to help lead our team. 

I work in care management because I am passionate about meeting needs, solving problems and ensuring the wellness of our customers and my entire team. I want the people I work with to feel valued, supported and looked after professionally, physically and emotionally. I relish being able to meet individuals at their point of need and be a part of the solution to issues they are facing. I also have a great passion for care quality and ensuring that a high standard is delivered.

Jasmine Seferi

Live-In Care Manager

Jasmine joined Bluebird Care in 2020 as a care assistant after caring for family members for a number of years. Jasmine is passionate about making sure people's voices are heard and she always goes the extra mile. She joined the office team in August 2022 and is responsible for our live-in care team and all our live-in care customers.  She understands that customer service is extremely valuable and things tend to run more smoothly when everyone is satisfied. Jasmine enjoys performing arts, spending time in nature and is a big animal lover.

Since joining Bluebird it has only enhanced my love for the field of care. My confidence has continued to grow and I am very excited to be a part of the team.

Geraldine Chesterman

Customer Care Supervisor

Geraldine started working at Bluebird Care Camden & Hampstead in November 2022. She brings a deep understanding of the care industry having spent her previous 12 years working across residential & domiciliary care. Geraldine is particularly passionate about end-of-life care and supporting people who are living with dementia. She likes baking, reading thriller novels and spending time with her dog, Beau. 

I love working for an outstanding company. I really enjoy being challenged whilst focusing on making sure all customers that I support have the best possible care and guidance.

Aleksandra Wochowska

Carer Supervisor

Aleksandra started at Bluebird Care Camden & Hampstead in March 2018 as a care assistant before joining the supervisor team in July 2022. 

Since working at Bluebird Care, Aleksandra has completed her Level 2 Health and Social Care apprenticeship and is now working on her Level 3 Health and Social care. 

Aleksandra volunteers at the Royal Free Hospital in her spare time. She loves watching films and travelling with her family.

Before joining Bluebird Care I was a private carer, I am also a qualified dental nurse from Poland. I have a passion for caring for people and I am privileged to be working with a team that devotes their time and energy to supporting their staff and customers.

Aleksandra

Mya Gomez

Care Coordinator

After achieving a diploma in art and design Mya became carer, supporting customers living across Islington before providing live-in care to customers across North London. Caring came naturally to her and recognising that accumulated small acts of kindness could have such a positive impact on the lives of the people she was caring for brought her a huge amount of satisfaction. She quickly progressed and started to help recruit and train new careers before becoming a care coordinator in 2021 where she continues today, being the bridge that connects our care team and customers.

What we do can change someone’s quality of life and offer moments of joy. It's great working at Bluebird Care & Hampstead care, supporting staff and customers and going the extra mile.
