I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and your team for all the help, support and friendship you have shown, not only to Mum, but to all of us as a family. You really are the most wonderful caring ladies who looked after Mum so well and I know how fond of you all she was. I know it's not the easiest job but you are a credit to yourselves and to Bluebird Care.
I would just like to say that, although your services were only in place for a relatively short period of time, I was very impressed with the quality of care you provided Mum with and would like to thank you and your team for making her last few months as comfortable as possible in the circumstances.
