Congratulations to Jackie Hawksworth on being recognised as ‘Employee of the Month’ for June and Jane Fawsitt for July 2021.

Both Jackie and Jane have been awarded for their true commitment and dedication.

June’s Employee of the Month Jackie was personally nominated by one of the customers she visits… and we couldn’t agree more.

New to care, Jackie, joined Bluebird Care earlier this year and has been awarded due to her positive influence on her customers. She has been so supportive to her customers and team ongoing with her willingness to try any new genre of care even though she has no prior care experience. Jackie is the most genuine caring person, and although she has come from a completely different background, she has taken to her new career like a duck to water. She continually goes above and beyond to ensure the customers receive the very best care.

July’s Employee of the Month Jane has been with us at Bluebird Care since March 2019. During this time, Jane has shown herself to be a truly dedicated member of the team, always willing to pick up extra calls whenever asked. Aswell as continually going above and beyond for the care team Jane offers an exceptional level of care with the customers, especially those with challenging behaviour.  She also has a 100% attendance record so far this year.

Well Done Jackie and Jane. Amazing work and well-deserved recognition for you both.  You are true assets to our team, and we cannot thank you both enough for all that you do to help support your colleagues and customers.
