Rick Parekh - Director
Rick Parekh leads Bluebird Care with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and high-quality care. Since joining in 2016, Rick has been dedicated to ensuring the continued growth of the business while maintaining the highest standards in services such as bespoke live-in care, enabling customers to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. With a background in business management and strategic leadership, Rick brings extensive expertise and a passion for making a meaningful impact in the care sector. His attention to detail and commitment to excellence have solidified Bluebird Care’s reputation as one of the leading providers of domiciliary and live-in care throughout Staffordshire.
Victoria Jones - Registered Care Manager
Vicki began her career with the care sector in 2007 as a Domiciliary Care Worker. During this time she has accomplished her NVQ Level 2 & Level 3 in Health & Social Care aswell as a Level 4 PTTLS qualification which has provided her with necessary teaching skills, allowing her to deliver a variety of training sessions. In February 2012 Vicki accepted a Care Supervisors position with Bluebird Care and in May 2012 she underwent her fit persons interview with the Care Quality Commission and became the Registered Care Manager.
Louise Hawksworth - Care Coordinator
Louise Hawksworth is a dedicated and passionate member of the Bluebird Care team, with a wealth of experience in both domiciliary and residential care settings since beginning her career in the care sector in 2015. Louise first joined Bluebird Care in 2018 as a Care Assistant, quickly showcasing her skills and dedication. She took on the role of Care Coordinator in 2020 and later advanced to a Field Care Supervisor role, further demonstrating her commitment to excellence in care. With our support, Louise successfully completed her Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, further enhancing her knowledge and expertise. We are also currently supporting her through a Mental Health First Aider course, equipping her with the skills and understanding to provide essential mental health support to our care team. One of Louise’s key responsibilities is delivering essential training to staff. She creates a fun and inclusive learning environment, empowering our team to provide the highest standard of care. As our Dementia Champion, Louise is a vital resource for both staff and customers, using her compassionate approach to promote understanding and exceptional support for individuals living with dementia.
Laura Daniels - Field & Live in Care Supervisor
Laura joined Bluebird Care in August 2022, bringing over 15 years of valuable experience in the healthcare sector. A positive and driven individual, Laura is deeply passionate about ensuring customers are cared for with dignity and respect, always striving to make a meaningful difference in their lives. Throughout her career, Laura has held various roles, including Care Assistant, Senior Care Assistant, Care Coordinator, and Deputy Care Manager. These experiences have equipped her with a wealth of knowledge and expertise, which she now applies in her role as Field & Live-In Care Supervisor with us. Laura’s passion is to ensure customers can remain living in their own homes with the support of our dedicated Live-In Care team. Laura has achieved both Level 2 and Level 3 Diplomas in Health and Social Care, reflecting her commitment to professional development. As our dedicated Safeguarding Lead, Laura plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of both our customers and team members. Her passion, dedication, and wealth of experience make her an integral part of the Bluebird Care team.

Rachel Banford - Field Care Supervisor
Rachel joined Bluebird Care in 2020 as a Care Assistant and quickly demonstrated her dedication and potential, earning a promotion to Care Mentor in 2022. Committed to her professional growth, Rachel successfully completed her Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care and is now working towards her Level 3 qualification. In January 2024, Rachel was promoted to Field Care Supervisor. In this role, she excels in supporting and mentoring both new and existing staff members while also handling customer queries and coordinating customer and carer rotas to ensure seamless service delivery. To further enhance her expertise, Rachel completed the Train the Trainer program, enabling her to deliver training in Medication and Manual Handling. She also conducts competency assessments in the field, ensuring our team consistently upholds the highest standards of care for our customers. Rachel’s dedication to quality, her organisational skills, and her passion for supporting both colleagues and customers make her an invaluable member of the Bluebird Care team.
Evette Jones - Field Care Supervisor
Evette began her journey with Bluebird Care in 2020 as a Care Assistant, marking her first role in the care sector. She quickly discovered a passion for supporting others and excelled in her role. In 2022, Evette’s dedication was recognised when her Manager nominated her for the Staffordshire Dignity in Care Awards. Evette was thrilled to be named a finalist and was highly commended for her exceptional service. Eager to expand her knowledge and skills, Evette undertook various training opportunities, completing her Level 2 Diploma in Health& Social Care before enrolling onto her Level 3 enabling her to progress to the role of Care Mentor. In 2024, Evette was promoted to Field Care Supervisor, a position where she plays a crucial role in welcoming new customers and conducting their initial care assessments, creating bespoke care plans that truly reflect customers desired outcomes. Evette’s commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care and her continued professional growth make her an invaluable member of the Bluebird Care team.
Dee Parekh - Finance Manager
Dee Parekh brings a wealth of expertise in accounts and finance to her role as Finance Manager at Bluebird Care. With a strong background in financial management, Dee is at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth handling of all things financial. In her role, Dee oversees the business's cash flow, ensuring financial stability and efficiency. She manages payroll and invoicing with precision, ensuring that our team and partners are always supported. Dee also liaises with Local Authorities and private care commissioners to secure care funding, playing a pivotal role in enabling us to deliver high-quality care to our customers. Dee's dedication and meticulous approach to financial management are vital to the success of Bluebird Care, allowing us to focus on what we do best—providing outstanding care to those who need it most.
Kathryn Heath - Office Administrator
Kath plays a pivotal role within the business, seamlessly managing customer inquiries, conducting audits, and overseeing invoicing. Since joining Bluebird Care in 2013 as a Business Administrator, she has embraced a diverse range of responsibilities with exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Her role extends to supporting the team with quality compliance, auditing, planning events, spearheading fundraising initiatives, and conducting robust recruitment checks to ensure we recruit the best people for our team. Kath’s dedication and versatile skill set have made her an invaluable resource and the go-to person in our office, consistently contributing to the smooth running and success of the business.
Bertie Bear - Care Bear
Bertie joined our team in February 2023 and took on the role of 'Care Bear.' Bertie will be venturing out and about with our care team, meeting and greeting our customers, and hopefully spreading lots of smiles along the way. As you can see here, we’ve already set him to work!
