With no prior experience, both Chloe and Claire have shown a huge growth in confidence in their new role within Bluebird Care.
New to care Chloe, has been part of our team since May this year and has become an outstanding carer in a very short space of time. She has received nothing but praise from numerous customers and colleagues. She is dedicated to the needs of her customers and as such they often pass on wonderful compliments about her work. One customer in particular nominated Chloe for the award and said:
Chloe is very professional, very patient and a very big help to me. Chloe is an amazing carer, she gets things done, she is well organised and looks ahead to see what is necessary and gets everything ready without any fuss.
Claire, has also been recognised and awarded due to her commitment and dedication. The support she provides to the team is second to none as she is always willing to help and cover calls at short notice. She is always going the extra mile for the care team and her customers alike showing support, commitment and pride in her job. Nothing is ever too much for Claire from picking up birthday cards for customers that are unable to get to the shops, to taking customers glasses to be fixed at the opticians in her own time. She is always willing to offer her support at any given time.
Excellent work and well-done to both Chloe and Claire! Thank you for going above and beyond and all that you do to help make a real difference to someone’s life. We are so proud of you!!!
