Congratulations to one of our newest carers, Louise Chatfield on receiving ‘Care Assistant of the Month’ for August 2020.

Louise joined Bluebird Care in June this year and has recently passed probation and completed her care certificate.

New to care Louise, has been recognised and awarded due to her positive and caring nature, always ensuring she has given her best to provide person centred care to each of her customers. She has shown a huge growth in confidence in her new role within Bluebird Care and has displayed a great willingness to try any new genre of care even though she has no prior care experience.
