November Employee Award Winners 2020!

This month, we celebrate Gabrielle, Kezia & Asiyami in their award for Employees of the Month for the Stamford, Rutland & Live-In Care Teams - read more to find out why they achieved this award

We are delighted to announce the Employees of the Month for November 2020.

Each month we recognise a member from each of our local area teams who has really shone in the month through customer and peer feedback, working values, and consistency.  Each award winner is recognised at our monthly team meetings, and receives a certificate, voucher, chocolates and flowers.

Stamford Team

Care Assistant, Gabrielle has been a very worthy nominee and completely deserves the recognition for November Employee of the Month within our Stamford Care team.

During reviews of care in November, with many customers that Gabrielle regularly cares for, Gabrielle has received wonderful feedback and compliments about her caring nature, excellent work and lovely manner, that they experience when she is caring for them.

Rutland Team

Care Assistant, Kezia has been a very worthy nominee and completely deserves the recognition for November Employee of the Month within our Rutland Care team.

Kezia has been recognised for her diligent reporting of any and all concerns and feedback regarding her customers to ensure the best care, and the ability for a fast response to any changes in needs for any of her customers.  Kezia has also received great feedback from her regular customers, with one customer saying that Kezia is '...a delight...' when she come to care for her!

Live-In Carer Team

A big WELL DONE to Live in Carer, Asiyami who has achieved Employee of the Month for November in the Live in Care Team.

Asiyami was nominated for this award due to the remarkable care that she delivered with the highest level of  personalised care and support for her customer.  When struggling to maintain and gain weight, Asiyami worked to create and support her customer with a diet and food plan which supported weight gain. This was an achievement that has been difficult to achieve for a prolonged period of time.  Asiyami diligence, patience and consideration to the customers needs and preferences meant that her customer gained weight, really promoting their health and wellbeing!
