Leisa & Tim, Owners
Leisa & Tim are driven by a commitment to provide an excellent and responsive service. Leisa is a Director of Bluebird Care (Peterborough & Oundle) and jointly owns and manages Bluebird Care (Peterborough & Oundle) with Tim. With over 10 years' experience in Sales & Sales Management her roles have relied heavily on providing high quality customer service to all customers which she continues to be passionate about. Determined to bring her passion about customer service to the business ensuring excellent care is provided and experienced by all of our customers.

Tracy, Office Manager
Tracy is the friendly and efficient first point of contact for many of our customers and team members. She plays a key role in ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, so our staff can focus on what matters most — your care. With a strong background in administrative support, Tracy helps keep our office organised, professional, and compliant with important processes and standards. Tracy’s work is vital to ensuring we deliver a high-quality experience for every customer. Her calm, reliable presence and attention to detail help us stay responsive, and always ready to support you.

Luke, Accounts
Luke plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our Accounts & Finance department. He serves as a key link between different teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and in line with our financial goals. His attention to detail and commitment help keep our financial processes on track.

Hannah, Care Co-Ordinator
Hannah plays an essential role in managing our weekly care schedules, carefully matching each customer with the most suitable care assistant to meet their needs. She ensures that continuity of care is maintained wherever possible, helping to build strong, trusting relationships between customers and carers.

Charley, Deputy Care Manager
Charley is a member of our Community Care Manager team. As a CCM, Charley supports customers and our care team assuring the best care and support. Charley liaises with customers, with health professionals and family members to ensure all care needs are met, while managing any schedule, care plan or service queries.

Michelle, Community Care Manager
Michelle introduces new customers to our service, from the initial consultation through to creating their personalised care plan, and continues to hold the hand of our existing customers she manages. Michelle ensures a warm welcome and ongoing support to all our customers.

Claire, Community Care Manager
Claire is always on hand to support new Bluebird Care Experts as they join our amazing team. Whether experienced in care or new to care, Claire provides support throughout all probationary periods, with support, training, mentoring and management. Helping all to have the best tools and support to be the best Care Expert they can be. Claire also manages our existing customers, ensuring their care needs are always met and up to date.

Sarah, Registered Care Manager
As Registered Care Manager, Sarah is responsible for the safe and effective operation of the business, ensuring quality, compliance, and growth. Sarah takes pride in making a difference to customers and driving the business forward. Sarah describes himself as fair, methodical, and organised, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving the company's full potential. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys walking, going to the theatre, and spending time with her family.
