Care Assistant of the Month August - Christina

Our care assistant of the month for August has been deservedly achieved by our lovely care assistant, Christina! 

Each month, as all of our team individually, do such an outstanding job, it's tempting to award care assistant of the month to them all! However, this month it is great to be able to recognise THREE outstanding individuals who have been recognised this month for their amazing efforts and work in their roles.
 
Our care assistant of the month for August has been deservedly achieved by our lovely care assistant, Christina! Christina receives amazing feedback and is exceptionally diligent in her work and support of our customers which is evident in everything she does. A true team player, she is always ready to help out and always with a smile on her face! Well done Christina, amazing work! It's great to have you in the team! 
 
Veronika and Charlene have also been recognised and awarded for going above & beyond! Working together, Veronika and Charlene were faced with an exceptionally poorly customer in a morning call, who they quickly suspected may be having a stroke. Due to their quick thinking, calm and reassuring approach, their actions that followed in dealing with the Emergency Services and supporting the customer throughout the trauma, was amazing and commented on by the paramedic team!
