Michelle Inwood has now been promoted from senior carer to field care supervisor as of Monday 4^th July 2016.

Michelle is a true testimony of a care assistant who has moved through the Bluebird Care career pathway.  ‘Home grown’ within Bluebird Care, Michelle began her career in care as a part time care assistant in June 2014.  Over the last 2 years Michelle has been a shining example of how our staff can progress up the career ladder. As well as delivering excellent care to our customers Michelle has also been working hard on her personal development and has recently completed her QCF/NVQ Level 3. 

Michelle was promoted to the role of senior carer in June 2015 and since then has supported the care supervisor department and her peers in the field with spot checks, reviews and is a true ambassador of the Bluebird Care values.  Michelle also now specialises in recruitment within the company and leads the recruitment of our new care assistants, of which she has shown true commitment to and has achieved excellent results.

In her new role of field care supervisor Michelle will be focusing on supporting members of the care team and probationers in the Stamford, Rutland and Oakham areas. Having always been an asset to the team, I know that you will all join us in congratulating Michelle on her promotion and wish her luck in her new role.
