We are delighted to share some exciting news — Sue Stephens has joined our office team as Recruitment Officer.
Many of you may remember Sue, who originally began her care career with us as a carer. We are thrilled to welcome her back to the Bluebird Care family, now bringing with her a wealth of experience and insight gained over the past five years working in care recruitment.
In her new role, Sue will be leading Recruitment and Probationary Management, playing a key part in supporting and growing our incredible team of Care Experts. Her strong understanding of both hands-on care and recruitment makes her ideally placed to support new team members as they begin their journey with Bluebird Care.
Sue is the perfect person to speak to if you — or someone you know — are interested in joining our team or starting a rewarding career in care.
