Congratulations to Alison Hudson on being rewarded ‘Employee of the Month’ for November 2023.

Alison has been awarded for demonstrating an excellent commitment to her role.

Alison continually offers an exceptional level of care being vigilant and thorough in all that she does. Her communication skills in reporting any concerns and her attention to detail regarding customer care is second to none.

Alison has also demonstrated a real act of kindness with a customer she recently supported. Alison recognised a customer was feeling a little down and  decided to cheer her up with some one-on-one time by rustling up a full English breakfast. By the end of the care visit the customer was left smiling and feeling happy.

Well Done Alison– Thank you for always going above and beyond and all that you do to help make a difference to someone’s life.  You have demonstrated true Bluebird Care dedication and values and we are so very proud of you!!!
