Congratulations to one of our newest carers, Christerbel Tigere on receiving ‘Employee of Month’ for September 2023.

New to care, Christerbel has been awarded as she continues to excel within her role as a Live-In Carer.

Christerbel joined our team in June this year, with no prior care experience and has gone from strength to strength.  She has shown a huge growth in confidence and has demonstrated an excellent commitment to her new role within Bluebird Care. Christerbel has made significant changes to the placement that she is in, having provided reassurance, continuity, and compassion for what she does. She supports a very active customer 24 hours a day and has built an admiral relationship with both the customer and the family. Christerbel strives to be her best for her customer, and this really does show in the relationship they have built, it’s a joy to see!

Congratulations and well done Christerbel, you are an excellent addition, as well as a true asset to our team and we cannot thank you enough for all that you do to help support your customers.
