Congratulations to Nikki Butler on receiving ‘Employee of the Month’ for December 2022.

Nikki has been recognised and awarded for showing true commitment and dedication as she has continued to deliver care under very difficult personal circumstances.

New to care, Nikki, joined our team in August last year and was extremely nervous about the role ahead.  Since commencing at Bluebird Care, Nikki has shown a huge growth in confidence and has become an outstanding carer.  She has built an admiral rapport with her customers and provides an exceptional level of care.

This is amazing work and well done Nikki.  Thank you for all that you do to support your customers.  You are a true asset to our team, and we are so very proud of you.
