Double celebrations as we proudly announce Susanne Bates and Lesley Belcher have both been awarded ‘Employee of the Month’.

Amazing work and well-deserved recognition for both Susanne and Lesley.

Susanne has been awarded July’s ‘Employee of the Month’ for the exceptional service she provides to all her customers. She never fails to provide an excellent standard of care and has displayed a great deal of capability when faced with challenging situations, always maintaining a professional and positive attitude.  Susanne has received some wonderful compliments about her professionalism and is highly thought of by all of her customers.

As well as her outstanding level of care, the support she provides to carers is second to none, always offering reassurance and guidance aswell as giving up her own time to support carers in difficult situations.

August’s ‘Employee of the Month’ has been awarded to Lesley. Lesley has received numerous compliments from customers regarding the support she provides.  She has gone from strength to strength, showing a huge growth in confidence, learning new and different aspects within her role at Bluebird Care. Her calming nature aswell as empathy and ability in really helping customers with mental health problems, shows she has a wonderful approach. 

Congratulations Susanne and Lesley – Thank you both for always going above and beyond, and all that you do to help Make A Difference to someone’s life. You are both a credit to our team and we are so very proud of you!!
